Café by The Girls was born from a deep love for Colombian coffee—and an even deeper respect for the women behind it.

What began as a commitment to supporting coffee farmers in Colombia has evolved into something broader, more intentional, and more human. Over time, we began to see the depth of women’s craftsmanship across different spaces—their precision, their resilience, and their quiet excellence—often unrecognized, yet always essential.

For generations, the story of coffee has been shaped by tradition, yet rarely centered the women whose work has sustained it. Across Colombia today, a new generation of women farmers is rising—producers, innovators, and leaders redefining excellence at origin. We stand alongside that evolution.

But our vision did not stop at coffee.

We expanded our support to women shaping craft in other forms—ceramic artisans from Santa Rosa de Cabal, artists from Antioquia, and local baristas here in the United States. Each represents a different expression of skill, heritage, and identity, connected by the same thread: women whose work deserves recognition, value, and visibility.

At Café by The Girls, everything we do is intentional. Every collaboration is chosen with care. Every cup, object, and experience reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and purpose.
